Not only can I explain to the seller what the inspector summarized so they understand why they're being asked to repair certain items, but I can remind the buyer's agent that I was standing there when the home inspector said things like, This is common in homes built in this time frame, or other details which can benefit my seller.

I was going to write up a letter basically telling them that I am now suspending the discount and late fee forgiveness starting next month and reminding them that this eviction moratorium will not erase their unpaid rent and fees so its in their best interest to keep paying and not fall behind.
