I like your methodical approach - it reminds me of when I interviewed adoption agencies when we were adopting our son!

Not only can I explain to the seller what the inspector summarized so they understand why they're being asked to repair certain items, but I can remind the buyer's agent that I was standing there when the home inspector said things like, This is common in homes built in this time frame, or other details which can benefit my seller.

I was going to write up a letter basically telling them that I am now suspending the discount and late fee forgiveness starting next month and reminding them that this eviction moratorium will not erase their unpaid rent and fees so its in their best interest to keep paying and not fall behind.

Okay thanks for the reminders I did end up sending them out.

Some of them reminded me of Brooklyn in the 90’s.

We take back the keys and remind the tenant of their obligation and that we will rent out the unit as soon as an appropriate tenant comes along.

Also, thank you for the reminder of paying someone else's morgage vs my own.
