When you find a property that you are interested in and want to present it to some investors, how do you *secure* it if you will so that when you do present it, the investor wont go behind your back and take it later on?

I ask that they do not bother the individuals in the home, without me present.

In much of Europe there are questions concerning the Jewish ownership from the past and how that impacts the present.

The prior sale price does not tell us the present debt structure.Check the zoning.

Check the present financing to see if there is a pre-pay penalty or other costs for paying off the loan.
