It was a partnership with another investor and seemed like a good idea at the time How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

So, this leads to a company of some sort, be it LLC taxed as a whatever (partnership, S Corp, C Corp) or perhaps a partnership.

As far as the REI meetups, I've looked into it and considered joining but just haven't pulled the trigger yet. 

Sadly most will be people who haven’t pulled the trigger on a deal but you could get lucky  

What should the fee be for a simple single property partnership in Indy?

Just networking, deals or partnerships?

Just need to refine my Lifespan numbers (and the Per Unit Cost based on the area I'm investing).Now just to find some properties that fit my investment profile, that I can pull the trigger on quickly enough!
