DSCR Seems like the best product, at lower leverage I have some rates that are even beating rates on primary homes, would love to connect and discuss a bit further.

This is just one of the many ideas I'd love to implement in this new build.I've talked to a fantastic builder in the area and the build from start to finish with the lot should cost about $450-500k.

I have one I love here in Texas but they don't lend outside of Texas and don't lend on land or commercial properties so I have to use different lenders.
