If you ever end up in Indiana I was super impressed with John Kraft  who set up my contract for a house I sold with seller financing.  

I was under the impression that when a person sold their property they would deduct the mortgage and all other closing costs from the sale price.

I have gathered that the realtor is trying to take me for a ride and was actually impressed that he was able to say that number to me with a straight face.

Well they emailed me a couple months back, and gave me the impression they might be thinking about buying a place of their own. 

Or at least give he impression.

They are a great price, but we weren't super impressed with the quality when we went and visited their shop.
