I sold a few land parcels in my area last year and ever since then I get a few calls a week from people impersonating the real owners of a property, trying to get me to list it for them.

You might try listing your place on Zillow or apartments.com where longer term tenants look for properties.

The plan is list 10 of our units on Airbnb (we have current PM systems, hospitality, cleaners and maintenance techs in the area already).

One indication to watch is housing sales and new listings, these will show if the liquidity is going back to the market.
