I have read many books on these subjects including: financial peace university by Dave Ramsey, rich dad poor dad, rich dad's guide to investing, rich dad's who took my money all by Robert Kiyosaki, the millionaire mind and the millionaire next door by Thomas Stanley, how to be a real estate investor and real estate investing gone bad, both by Phil Pustejovsky, and many more books related to this subject.
