Dehumidifier install--I'll bet they really like that.So even if they are a put off by the timing they will be more comfortable.If it were mine and and only 1 rental, or only 1 or 2, the "Rental Experience" I want to offer in this instance would be to try to find a convenient time that works for both.No need to play Drill Sargent and make them feel their privacy has been violated in a SFH as long as the option to be flexible is there.But, if you have no other option, then you have no other option.I'd let them scurry to clean the place for the visit (dust, pick up old crushed beer cans, empty ash trays (and hide them), wash the dishes, make the beds, move secret pets somewhere, etc....Turns are expensive, why step  on a Hornets nest if you have another option.An apartment complex is different, those run on a schedule, home or not, dryer vents get cleaned, washer hoses replaced, filters replaced, leaks fixed, etc...Just my 2 cents.

A recession is overdue and I am hoarding cash to take advantage of it.That said, most folks that got caught holding the bag back in 2008 turned to vacation rentals to carry their homes, and were successful doing so. 

just lke that I'd be a millionaire.Now that the glitz and glamour dust has settled I have a different approach.

It will be a brown bag lunch format in my conference room (The Badaki Law Firm, LLC, 223 North Prospect Street, Suite 310, Hagerstown, MD 21740).

Also will be looking again in KCMO when the dust settles on this one.

I bought a old (1986 G20) construction cargo van for 1600 and then paid my mechanic 700 to do some maintenance and updating (steering linkage, tune-up, air bags on rear).

She always had them on a leash, but one day she was juggling a bag of groceries and the dogs were going crazy, they tied her up and she fell down the stairs breaking a leg.

No travel, restrictions on STR units left arbitrage people holding the bag.
