Are you using your mobile or a desktop?

I haven't quite figured out how to properly @ mention someone yet, does it not yet work on mobile devices?

Specifically ones that allow for sorting by property type (mobile home, parks, self storage, strip centers, etc). 

I TOOK the left turn at Albuquerque ... it goes to BPNo, really, I was looking for information related to mobile homes and MHP's.

Hi all - I haven't seen anything pertaining exactly to leasing a lot to mobile home tenants as a private landowner.

The only drawback is it is not as automated as SparkRent (what I was using before), with auto billing or late fees, but it hasn't bothered me as their mobile app makes sending payment reminders (bills) and additional bills (late fees) take only seconds and I can do it from anywhere.  

I am not questioning your ability or dedication to what your plan is.

I have very little knowledge about pharmaceuticals, apparel, software, mobile devices, music, precious metals, etc... so there is no way that I can make an educated investment in those other industries.  

Beyond that, I have never bought a mobile home park, so I'm not entirely sure of the steps involved in DD.Any advice would greatly appreciated.
