i think they are great i have them on 4 sfr we have and it is seconds to change the keyyou can usually buy them for 1/2 of what you pay in the store on ebayothers will tell you here to put the cheapest crap lock on you can buyi have gone down that route and my opinion is quality will last longer and save you money in the long run

very rarely will they(the judge) entertain that "house is horrible crap". they will have til the end of day to pay rent or face eviction(2 more weeks) i never needed a lawyer, and never lost!

I worked it just long enough to learn that the people who step up to be PR are the responsible ones who aren't desperate sellers, and that the probate attys I targeted told me that rarely did anyone open probate unless they already had a buyer.Maybe you know something I don't, but to me the "JG Banks" kind of PR list is absolute crap.

The lease probably says all changes have to by in writing and agreed to by all parties so legally it's he said / she said and a crap shoot in front of a judge if he were to pursue.A little pressure from those closest to this "friend of the family" landlord might be in order if her story is bulletproof.

most of the time it's cheaper to buy a new item than to store this crap. i just store plumbing replacement parts, one of each... toilet guts, wax ring, garbage disposal, etc.
