CelLink has confirmed the intent to build and open a 300,000 sq ft manufacturing facility that employs over 2000 direct jobs for the North Austin suburb of Georgetown.  

"Germany-based semiconductor company Infineon Technologies AG is seeking tax incentives from Del Valle Independent School District for a $700 million facility expansion in Austin.The company, under the subsidiary Spansion LLC, plans to expand its existing wafer fabrication campus in Southeast Austin by nearly 154,000 square feet and create 100 jobs, according to an application for Chapter 313 incentives posted Feb. 15 to the Texas comptroller's website."

They could go to an reserve account for a larger commercial facility.

“Huntsville will continue to be a really important place for space in many regards, obviously on the propulsion and launch vehicles side of the house,” said Mike Ward, Huntsville Chamber of Commerce senior vice president for government and public affairs.Huntsville is home to a Blue Origin engine production facility, Aerojet Rocketdyne’s rocket propulsion manufacturing facility and Dynetics work on NASA, U.S. military and commercial space programs.

But I can tell you that is perfectly safe 99% of the time unless there is a facility malfunction resulting in a catastrophic failure (blowing up).

They could stay in one of the rooms full time and run the facility to provide cleaning, hospitality services, etc.* Multifamily/Apartment - Ditto* Co-work office space - They could run the day to day operations, and we could provide them a small apartment to stay in* SFH - We could help them get a place of their own so that they (well, WE) can stop paying another landlord rent and build equity* STR - There are a lot of opportunities for vacation rentals, but again it comes down to cash* Retail store - We could acquire a small business selling food, clothing, etc. 

Hopefully with a facility or two under my belt by then.

For example, if a guest were to stay at your place and have no issues with watching TV, charging phones, washing clothes, taking showers, cooking, lighting, etc., they wouldn't know the difference between your place and the other place they could have booked.
