Hi all from Denmark - i am new to this site but i have been reading a lot about investing in property (mostly us books) and on this site.However i started january / february 2018 to buy two properties (one with two apartments and the other with 4)In April 2018 i came across two properties offered to sale.

Rather than get into a complicated series of "consulting contracts" preemptively with each potential Buyer, I was hoping to find a simpler way to collect a referral fee once I'd already done some preliminary vetting.

I was introduced to this site Saturday by my cousin who is mentoring me in the buy and hold market in Pittsburgh.

The higher down along with your father's backing shows better collateral if you will.I think you'll find that the more you talk about your goal on this site and others in person that opportunities will present themselves.
