One of the reasons is the ability to transfer assets inside a trust by simply changing the beneficiary to someone else (i.e. a child.)  

Even went so far as to kicking my child’s toys into middle of road one day when spraying for weeds.

The kinds of living arrangements that can tolerate two bedrooms (roommates, unmarried couples, single-child families) are often inherently delicate.

I have a wife, one boy, and another child on the way so will have to be some type of a deal where we have our own unit to ourselves.

It is only for eviction judgments, unpaid utilities or falling behind in child support that I generally turn them away. 

Let's say the cost is 100K for the child in 10 years.  

Also having their license suspended for student loan delinquencies, back child support, IRS tax levy demands to their principal broker on the agents portion of their commission checks etc.Lot's of drama that a head broker doesn't need.

I'd just have to check that applicable child-labor laws to make sure its all kosher :).
