What are the challenges that most people see in their first couple months in real estate?

I know that I want to try my hand at flipping because it seems extremely challenging and rewarding, which is right up my alley.

Any Bank of America employee that challenged these practices was fired.

They look good on paper because they've enjoyed a significant appreciation this past year or two but this is still a challenged area.

The podcasts blow away other interviews.It's great when people are sharing their experiences and what they've learned versus trying to sell you on learning IF you buy into their program.You guys do a great job with engaging the guests on the show.Keep it up!

I think it will be a very interesting/challenging ride once I start finding some target properties and negotiating with the sellers.

Of course, if everyone really did, it would be a boring world with no challenges.

Anyone else here in the Fayetteville, NC market having similar challenges to finding deals?  

I don't think so unless the competition is a challenge on who can tolerate more of a loss and more of a headache, which I don't think is the object of investing.
