Mauldin City Center appears to be in the final stages of finalizing and I'd really hate to sell the house just before our area appreciates significantly due to this new development happening nearby.  

If you are going after market listed properties, consider secondary markets...draw a circle 10mi out from the center of the city appears...try 15mi...20mi...you have less competition in secondary markets with comparable rents and better entry prices.4.

Hi Travis, the neighborhood is called “Desert Color” the reason Im even mentioning the name is because the entire neighborhood is centered around “resort style living” my part of the neighborhood is not zoned night rental and minimum of 6 month leases.

You could google new warehouse construction, new factory construction, new distribution center.

I am wondering if there is a mastermind or accountability group centered around younger individuals investing in real estate?

As i get more involved and comfortable I'll start to branch out into grocery anchored retail centers, and industrial/manufacturing 'flex' properties.

I'll initially handle inbound calls personally until I can iron out the script sufficiently to hand it off to a call center or dedicated salesperson on my team. 

@Nicholas Salman I have similar conversations often, although mine usually center around the concept of what a "good deal" actually is to the person.
