Your practice is just not going to allow you the liberty to search & view multiple properties.

Are there recorded videos of that that can be viewed again and if he’s doing future ones, where can one sign up for them?? 

The REI, also picked it up but instead of firing it away, turned it over and saw that it wasn't the problem that the 20 something viewed as an obstacle, it was a challenge, that the REI viewed as an opportunity...and ended up making megabucks off of it.To this day, the 20 something is still complaining about that "rock", and how lucky the REI was for turning it into what he turned it into.

Ironically, I had my cousin with me during viewing of property. 

@Parker Eberhard:-)I believe ‘every view should be beautiful’ in a home, and all the talk about ROI means sometimes aesthetics, the arts and serenity are missed.

Analyze (on computer) a few properties, select a few that meets criteria, setup viewing (all in 1 day to kill several birds with 1 stone).

Once we were able to confirm that would work then I went to view the property to see what the current condition is and negotiated from there!
