You can bet next time, even though his was extremely cheap, I won't have to call him just to come out to clean out the heat exchanger, put on a new nozzle, clean off the cat's eye and change the oil filter.

Here's something of interest I recently discovered:When yellow pages called to renew and I said I was reducing the size of my ad they offered me a discount.....When I called my TV cable provider to say I needed to save money and how could they help -- they offered me a discount.....When I called my subscription coffee service (that's right - I'm an ADDICT) to cancel -- they offered free shipping and handling.....Times are tough out there for everyone.
