With you having taken the program, do you think the courses were built based on someone who already have knowledge in real estate or someone like me whose only knowledge in CRE are based on Forums, Youtube, free crash courses on financial modeling, and internet searches.

It's important to note that other wholesalers are more likely to JV with you and take a disposition fee rather than simply give or sell you their list.If you're interested in purchasing access to cash buyers, you might consider platforms like InvestorLift, which can cost $25-30K a year for their dispo services.

If that is the role you are looking to file I'd think you would be paying between 5-10% of project cost.If you are actually looking for this PM to hire subs, write contracts, schedule, order materials...essentially acting as a GC....I would expect you to be paying between 15-25% of the project costs.I can't speak specifically to your market, but those are some ball park percentages based on my experience here in Chicago.
