Airdna's nightly rates generally seem fairly accurate but their occupancy estimates tends to be incorrect. 

It also could possibly be incorrect data or an old notice that has been resolved.If it says For Sale, it's on the market.If it says Pending or Under Contract, it's already under contract.If it says Sold, that means that the property sales transaction is complete.

Most people get stuck trying to find the correct answer when you should first identify the "INCORRECT" answers, that increases your odds of ultimately selecting the correct answer quite a bit, say you have 4 potential answers and you identify 2 as absolutely incorrect you just increased your odds of from 1 in 4 to a 50/50.Also, Selecting the incorrect answers first can help identify those questions that are purposely worded in a way to trick those that don't read the entire question.Being able to identify why an answer is wrong in one question can also help you in determining why that same answer is CORRECT in another question.Hope that helpsAll that being said if you get stuck on a particular question and can't figure out which answer pick "C"

The 1099-MISC is completely incorrect and his CPA should correct that. 

If you even missed a number or your calculations are incorrect you could be looking at a costly mistake.
