Despite the stone wall being brand new and looking great we have already had multiple questions from buyers about "is it built right?"

Ok BP Community, I am brand new to the world of Real Estate Investing(and I need some advice).  

So let's treat this like I am brand new and don't know anything about investing.

I'm brand new to real estate and will really appreciate any advice you can offer me. 

What is your brand? 

Yes I am brand new to this, aside from buying houses that I lived in, I have not bought a house as investment yet...My goals are to acquire rental properties to build wealth and cash flow. 

If the leases are strong and the tenants are stable, it might be nice to keep them.On the other hand, if the tenants are an issue, there is a chance that the current owner wouldn't reveal to you the full extent of the issue.If you're a brand new investor, it could be hard to select a quality tenant unless you adequately prepare yourself for the task.Are there any more details available, or are you flying dark?
