Hi BP,A friend of mine with an Air BnB in Niagara Falls is looking for some help.

Since the downstairs tenants moved out on June 30th, I made sure nothing was connected to power source and the vents were closed to provide full air circulation in the upstairs unit.(2.)

Here's another example: less than 2 miles from my house a guy with a mobile home park also has open air storage.

Househacking is definitely how I would start investing if I could start my career over.You could use a house rent each room sleep on couch, Air BnB rooms or get an up to 4plex.

The lease option and to put on air bnb is a strategy that interest me

It’s a old unit and I can not find the model number. Where can I buy the top cover and net/grill.

The floors were almost completely covered and odor of dog and dirt hung heavy in the air.  

@Jordan Moorhead just need help going about it legally, and maybe getting a lease together when the time is right.
