Anyone have a well structured agreement/contract template for stucco work that they are willing to share?  

Purchased a property through a probate sell with title insurance a few days after closing I had a buyer set up to by my property for 165K profit, (Another investor ready to go) they had money in escrow and we were about to close pending clear title ( i had a binder was thinking easy money).

Well if you have a contract they are not living up to, then you need to serve them.

Prices in Columbus are still low enough to find 1% rule deals and there's a ton of appreciation happening in this market as well.

We came across a company called Seek Capital because, unlike other companies, they are willing to approve setting us up with lines of credit based on my wife's credit score and do not require a high monthly revenue like other companies.

I would be harping on my realtor to call every big investor who would be interested in purchasing to get more buyers lined up as well.

Is it going to cash flow and does it have the appreciation opportunity to rise in value pretty well?
