Look at Vancouver B/C same dynamic happened there when the Hong Kong lease expired in 1997  huge influx and the accompanying huge run up in values. 

We are looking in the NewBo area...do you think the kind of units being built will change the dynamic of that area, perhaps eventually driving prices up?

If you need a visual, go to any amortization table and see how each month the interest and principal is allocated, and how it shifts after year 5, 10, 20....and so forth.
