I guess the moral is you can screen tenants all you want....but if they bring a chucklehead on the property you still got bs to deal with.This was back when I was in college and was an onsite manager at a 30 unit complex in Missouri.

My guess would be based on "standard" formulas (2% rule) as covered time after time in the forums, your units barely cash flow today if at all (would need to bring in $3k/month in rent).

And also, this company supposedly inflates the FICO so I would guess 691 might not be your real number.The Better Business Bureau has over 2,500 complaints logged against the company.Go have a look...and cancel the subscription!
