RE license, TX may let that slide on a pass through, other states may not, just a note for others.If your LLC owns, you'll have financing issues.Need to carry out some minor court action, an LLC will need an attorney.Stacking LLCs will have admin issues for proper management of the company and under that same line of thought as it being a pass through, so are liability issues as to who is behind the door.

We are about to have our sale dates next month on six 2nd non-performing 2nd liens in Georgia we are foreclosing on, and our attorney tells me that we can't include the total of the first lien in our opening bid, only what we are owed with arrears, and the money flows down to subsequent liens, and NOT up to the first.

Balloon" framing (1920's I believe).Radon.Plaster and lathe instead of sheet rock (pre 1950's) or plaster and wire mesh variations (50's) more solid than sheetrock but a real b*tch to repair or demo if you're remodeling.You've got Galvy plumbing but also need to look out for other kinds of outdated plumbing like clay sewer lines (pre-1930's, prone to collapsing, bellies, root intrusion), cast iron (1950's, often rusted and/or cracked by now), and PB (polybutylene, gray-colored water pipes, 1980's, prone to rapid degradation and subsequent bursting, mostly gone by now).Buried Oil Tanks-- Do you have those there?

I subsequently found the NJ online Judgement search tool for "Statewide" judgment liens filed in NJ"Question: so there could be judgements attaching to the property that are not recorded at the county clerk's as a lien?
