I am a proponent of having a separate entity to do the management of all you other entities/LLC, to act as management company with the tenants and to be the public face of your operation.This management entity In my view should be taxed as a C Corp (either a C Corp or an LLC taxed as a C Corp) to get most of its tax benefit (welfare plan, vehicle mileage remboursements, deduct most of your ancillary expenses and training,...).

Unless you completely repainted the walls and ceilings, and replaced all carpets and draperies. they will just say it's not from them unless you can show an identical test result claiming that spot tested negative when they moved in.Or, they will just say they did smoke, outside the building, at work, or in their vehicles.

Perhaps it would be wiser to simple mention these great tech advances to the tenant and perhaps provide incentives for them to get the network (and certain add-on devices) themselves, much like an insurance company might offer lower car insurance rates if you get an alarm system for your vehicle.
