Good cash flowing rental $800.mo on top of paying off our debt & expenses.

Of course my buyers are ALL owner occ's so different product and different buyer but probably more demanding than the investment buyer who is buying a basic rental house.

We lived in that house for almost 30 years prior to returning it to a rental property and we've NEVER had cockroaches of any kind.I'm wondering if they might have come in on some of her moving boxes.Regardless, we have a pest control contract in place, and I've already contacted my technician.Should we be worried about this tenant, or am I just over-reacting? 

To clear up things though if you have an LLC just for rental properties you won't get any tax benefits for having an LLC other than an additional expense.

After doing more research about their virtutal office address and the company that set up their LLC is done online from Houston.

I have found a few online but they all require a subscription or a payment to view.thanks in advance
