For example I would consider anything with less than 20' clear height functionally obsolete as industrial buildings are growing in height every year to accommodate new high bay distribution strategies. 24'+ is ideal.

@Jennifer Preddy Egbert that is an interesting way to spin the offer... sometimes the idea of 'free something' can give it more weight than it would otherwise carry. just need to decide if worth having a tenant in there, would want an airtight lease in case she changes her mind and wants to stay longer...

@Joel Katzen I experienced the same at another crowdfunding site (I dare not mention the name - I've seen the recriminations and accusations that recklessly fly here when suspicious minds over-ruminate.)They sent me a reduced balloon payment which, when added with the interest i'd already received, totaled exactly the amount i'd originally invested.
