@Jordan Parker - I've always found it best to spend a weekend driving around a 10 mile radius of where I currently live.  

Turns out it's in a wooded area, too far from a hydrant and over 5 miles from a fire station.

My partner actually lives a mile from that restaurant and we were both unaware.

I just met with him about their new upgrade loan and he said it is miles above the Fannie Mae and many times he can negate the Mortgage Insurance!

The actual values of the property could be miles apart both between the various websites and compared to the MLS comps within the neighborhood where the property is located.

Riverside (southeast of Fed Hill) or Locust Point might be attractive options.

I don't know the area very well, as I live in one city and work in another 85 miles away.
