However, their's a drainage/runoff section in the fencing that allows excess water to flow through.I was also concerned, wondering whether or not any type of drainage was coming up and under the house, especially after we had our 100 yr rain/flood here in middle TN this year.Checked the crawl space with the inspector, and he said it looked great.

Well Steve, not to rain on Jon's parade, I believe I'm the first one here to mention the difference between a mortgage assignment and assumption as well as advovcating the use of a third party servicer and giving notice to the note servicer/holder, so if we are to associate Phil Grove changing anything or following these points, I will be so humble as to take credit for it myself!

Perhaps I'm wrong Josh, but what I am getting out of the last several comments is that some members here (Mitch just said it best in his last post) are tired of other members making an immediate judgement of a "analize this deal" question using the 50% rule.If it does not pass it, that investment is immediately labeled a bad investment, which just may not be true.
