Perhaps I'm wrong Josh, but what I am getting out of the last several comments is that some members here (Mitch just said it best in his last post) are tired of other members making an immediate judgement of a "analize this deal" question using the 50% rule.If it does not pass it, that investment is immediately labeled a bad investment, which just may not be true.
