Two guys with chainsaws and a truck came and cut all the firewood out of the fallen tree and then I just had to make several trips with my truck to haul the brush to a composting facility.

A thought I have been toying with...I have a friend who is a "money person"....She and I have discussed starting an REIT... the members "purchase" shares in the trust, the pooled money is used to buy real estate... it can be commercial and generate rents that are distributed. or residential and used to flip properties and split the profits.
