I am looking to split the utilities to tenant paid & exploring either a mini-split or baseboard system.

I’m also exploring warranties for first 3 months (ie. if there’s something behind the walls we didn’t see we will fix but it will obviously be limited).

I want explore more and have time freedom and financial freedom.

For a 3 bed am actually looking for $1,500.The reason I am exploring section 8 is because it is on the northern part of the Weequahic section bordering route 78.

I have not had very many bookings on Vrbo (for some reason my listing isn't coming up on date searches and they're working on it) so I haven't explored much of their site.  

I've gather support from friends and family in MN that are excited to explore equity partnerships in REI. 

(looks like its just a link to a different company)4) REI/KIT: I haven't really explored this but it looks similar to RealQuest express.5) Free sites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, HAR  etc.?
