The way I've done it in Ohio is to just have a title company do a quit claim deed. 

Before you get too far, do some basic title search.....you may find a large mtg, liens, back taxes, demolition order, etc.

They basically all wanted to see that I had skin in the game.

Hey guys,Has anyone tried getting title insurance on a property they bought in a tax or mortgage foreclosure by a quit claim deed? 

Is there anything that could allow them to break the lease based on transfer of the title of property? 

Each professional should have at least 15 years or more of experience in the area because I want to speak to those who have been in the game for a while and have extreme knowledge of where the area is going. 

I listen during work and sometimes episodes just roll through, so it’s tough to remember titles and when they were mentioned! 

I just think those that couch the assignment game as providing a service that helps people ..

The one we are talking about today is lack of titles for homes.
