I would like to be able to setup a profile with a company, with the design and setup of my mailing and then be able to send them a list (via an automated service) daily with who i want to mail to with my previous designs, and billed billed / charged.Does anyone know of a company that does this ?

If they are exceptionally helpful and friendly and I still buy the house, I usually give them something to let them know I appreciate their time and information (this also has a double-whammy of getting you a friend and ally with eyes on the property daily).

@Dennis Nemitz I have units in Mesa and have considered daily and weekly vacation rentals.

For weeks 1 and 2, I've sent 15 hand-written yellow letters daily (5 days a week) to homeowners in pre foreclosed SFR's using an MLS-generated list, covering 14 zip codes in San Diego County, Santee, El Cajon, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, City Heights and Encanto.

I have an agent who sent me the MLS update daily, but it was not fast enough.

We have a lease that specifies terms and conditions of the rental agreement and we have a separate set of community rules (we have apartments and mhp's and they are both different) that address what is expected of the tenant in regards to daily living.

In the market here in Florida, homes will come and go on a daily basis, so when a house goes on the market, one has to be ready to show as soon as the client is available.Managing her time and dedication to a client is really going to be key in her success part time.My best suggestion is that you save up/get enough money so that she can go full time.
