I would like to be able to setup a profile with a company, with the design and setup of my mailing and then be able to send them a list (via an automated service) daily with who i want to mail to with my previous designs, and billed billed / charged.Does anyone know of a company that does this ?

If they are exceptionally helpful and friendly and I still buy the house, I usually give them something to let them know I appreciate their time and information (this also has a double-whammy of getting you a friend and ally with eyes on the property daily).

In the market here in Florida, homes will come and go on a daily basis, so when a house goes on the market, one has to be ready to show as soon as the client is available.Managing her time and dedication to a client is really going to be key in her success part time.My best suggestion is that you save up/get enough money so that she can go full time.

Try to contact him, tell him what you're looking for and hope he's a nice guy (you'd be surprised...)I look at website listings daily, only 5% is worth examining closer... and that's if I'm lucky.
