The house is in great condition with granite counter tops and hardwood floors solid wood cabinets etc (only a 15 year old house) at a very reasonable amount (~ $110/ sq ft).

This was the first time I worked residential in my life, but I ended up REALLY enjoying it, and I look forward to being able to work on custom homes in the future, and spec'ing everything down to the doors, hardware, cabinets, finishes, and everything in between.The before and afters should hopefully speak for themselves as to the work that we performed; but what you can't see in the pictures are brand new wiring for the whole house, a two-zone hvac system to enable comfortable climate control between the upstairs and downstairs, heated floors in the master suite.

A month sounds long for a turnover unless you are doing a remodel with cabinets, counter-tops, etc., the place is large, or there is a lot of carpentry work needed to adjust specific items in the place.Is everything being done in house?

The initial inspection found 2 areas of mold in the cabinet base under the sink in the hall bathroom and on the drywall behind the sink cabinet in the kitchen (possible plumbing issues).

The rehab took a little over 3 weeks, which included all new windows, water heaters, new laminate flooring on first floor and wall to wall carpet on second, refaced kitchen cabinets, new counter tops, new appliances, bathroom vanity and toilet bowls, all new fixtures and of course complete paint job of all interior surfaces.
