I liken it to a startup, where for the first year the CEO is taking out the trash and the VP of Research is restocking supply cabinets; sometimes you taken on activities outside your role when resources are limited and you are just starting to build your business.I've taken away a lot from this thread, both better ways to paint and better ways to find painters.  

I'd only sell if I could roll it into a bigger property or multiple properties.

After buying several cheaper properties they start getting more and bigger properties. 

Before the fault line would sustain damage but be above water still and re-buildable.Of course the scientists predicted the mega fault quake could happen in the next 10 years or 1,000 years from now.Aren't fires the bigger concern in California than the quakes??

It is a 3 bedroom ranch on the main level with a bigger kitchen and LR than most 3 BR ranches in the area.

Small shops just wont have the resources to train a new agent properlly.
