You will need to make the entire property ADA compliant to get wheelchairs up stairs, to get wheelchairs through every doorway inside the house and you need bathrooms large enough so wheelchairs can get to the toilets and sinks..You need shower stalls large enough you can roll a wheelchair inside.

First, the whole apartment smelled like pot (illegal in Indiana), then we found some of it in two of the rooms, dog pee stains on the carpet, multiple pieces of furniture left in the rooms, trash everywhere, animals in the freezer, full fridge, mold in the bathroom, chewed up internet cords, and holes in the carpet.

GuysI have two tenants applications, not sure what to choose, the credit score is bad, lower than 600 however they some good points:The house is 5 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, two living room and two dining room. $1200 month and $1200 depositTenant 1: 4 adults and three kids = 7 personsThe 4 adults works, lower income for each, some of them with cash only.

@Paul Nicklin We live in Mililani (central Oahu), and it’s a great spot with reasonable rent at around $2k for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, and it’s smack dab in the middle of the island.
