@Jerry W. and @Brandon Turner I am reading the guide at this very moment.I forgot to add that I am a software engineer and currently create mobile apps on Android and iPhones.

I thought I remember seeing an email saying that there is now a bigger pockets iphone app but I can't find it in the App Store.

So, even though it's all technically San Antonio, it's really not always apples to apples to look at long term appreciation potential for the city as a whole.Good rule of thumb - if you want appreciation, aim for areas in demand that have a finite amount of land available and you should do well. 

I have heard of a few and I know quickbooks uses one to keep track.I have an online account with home depot, connected to an email that I no longer have access to.I have an iPhone and use Mileage Keeper.

I'll also build up a portfolio of cashflow properties.That said....I can't shake the notion that the market is so low right now and acquiring some cash flow properties now is probably the best investment anyone could make (yep even better than Apple).

At dinner I was playing with the Zillow app on my iPhone and learned that it was being auctioned by auction.com next week!

That's when pull out the iPhone and get some work done!
