you're absolutely right, after saving what seemed like forever for a down payment for my home here in the Bay Area I thought There's no way I would achieve my goals of investing in real estate to achieve financial freedom within 15 years.

I could be wrong, but I believe that if I just stick to what I can do and continue putting in my effort to connect with others with offers to help them (for free), help those even newer than I am to this website, be open to opportunities that come my way without expectations of their size, then I will eventually  succeed.I think that the one determining factor in me that makes me sure I will succeed in the end is my drive to keep at this until I have achieved success, and I plan to never give up as long as I am alive.

I dont want to move to fast because my wife is paranoid about the whole idea and my property is 250 miles away now that we live in NJ.

KC seems more like a buy/hold unless you can build a whole flipping team (or for BRRR). prices around here are just so high right now (past 2005 levels).

Obviously that's not something I'm thinking strongly about right now, but that could take place eventually.To add to this, neither of us plan to see a whole lot of personal income from this for a little while because we'd prefer to put all profit back into the company to expand faster.

Combining the House Hack and BRRRR strategies is extremely difficult to achieve.

Would it make sense to do the whole thing if A LOT OF THE ROOF HAS MORE LIFE IN IT ?
