those contingencies are red flags for a good attorney - what i mean by this is if a seller brings a contract to his/her attorney - they'll see those contingencies and then won't sign the contract.

I'm here in mass and I will buy here.During the last bust a family member of mine worked for "M' construction, huge in the city of boston.Told her never to invest in florida, too flighty.Mass is and always be the most conservative and rock solid area in the county to own real estate.

You need the receipts if the IRS audits you but the CPA does not need the receipts.I use Quicken which has got to be the rock bottom most simple software usually only used for personal finances.

Even with conventional financing, there can't be things like unfinished rooms that have been "gutted".And repair loans like 203k come with all kinds of red tape and delays (especially post COVID).

on my route i did notice quite few signs for rent, when i see those kinda signs in yards and windows, it tends to trow red signs up for me, but as we all know, depends on the rental unit itself, and from what ive seen out there today, meaning everywhere!....

Since it's only 10am today my list is short(ish).So far today I've had a call with my property mgmt company to discuss the financials of an apt community.I've read for 60 minutes (the book is The 48 Laws of Power).And I've listened to 90 minutes of 90s rock (Cranberries are on right now).
