Definitely no park ARVs that high in my area, so I cant comment on that part.

I'd like some true feedback from current users as there's not a lot of review to be found online.

Looking for recommendations for bookkeeping software to help manage my rental portfolio. 

My 3BR rents range from $1,425 to $2,000 which shows why it is almost impossible to give you meaningful rent data without you being more specific.At this point, I wouldn't discount the online systems such as Zillow so much.

There are people on the Internet who teach this skill for price- I don't have a direct recommendation, but they're out there.

Thanks Jay, NV's a non-judicial state and I'll check out that site, does it include ALL the upcoming auctions and, more importantly, does their data reflect postponements and cancellations??

Now if you have other major things going on in your life then yes by all means I would recommend meeting with a tax professional yesterday but it might be a bit early.

We NEED these to offset the extra legal fees, unaccounted for damage, and unrealistic high appraisals of some of the other deals we invest in!
