Great Post-  I appreciate you saying what a lot of the Gurus fail to explain: that this is a long term process and in a lot of cases we don't see the benefits for years to come. 

By this time next year, we aim to have invested in our first rental property and improved our credit, setting a strong foundation for a successful and fulfilling future.I am open to any knowledge or advice anyone has to give as I am currently learning about real estate investing.

This area is ripe for gentrification.* 1.5 miles away from the new billion dollar Inova Landmark project which will complete in 2028* The Duke Street corridor from Landmark to the King Street Metro Station has the highest ridership in the City and will be under construction in 2026How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I thought I had responded to this, but I don't see it.

I will seek out the answers to those questions as I get into this field. 

Or they can try to find a locksmith (we only have two in this area) and pay $40 - $60 to get in.
