Does this period include weekends and/or holidays?

I'm sure if you made the place affordable and a cool place to hang out you'd have no shortage of customers from KC wanting to get away from their wives on the weekends and tinker with their expensive old cars or store an old Shelby Cobra or Plymouth Superbird. 

If you think that's your niche, hire a researcher and go down to county courthouse to pull files.Having closed about as many probate deals as anyone else on the planet (nearly 2,000 to date) I can tell you that I'd rather have a few great leads than a big list of crappy names.There's still time to come hear me talk at the SF Bay Summit in Oakland this weekend.

I've heard stories of people losing EMD because they were not expecting replies over the weekend etc, no way to get around the waiting aspect...

They have one once a month (skipping the one for July due to the holiday weekend) @Daniel Wampler is the facilitator of the monthly meetings -- can find the site on Meetup.com

The primary Tarrant County group meets every Sat from 9 to Noon (no meeting this weekend, because of the 4th) at Woodhaven Country Club, just off 820 & I-30.  

Every 24 hour period is a "bid window" with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Finally, my wife told him that he needed to get the drywall work done that weekend so she could paint and so we could get the house rented.He actually came back with something like he can't believe he's being asked to take time away from his family like that.  

We have 3 appointments this weekend to meet with sellers, though none seem desperately motivated.
