Hey Jeremy,Air BnB has some great long term options in cute neighborhoods or on properties outside of city limits. 

School bills won't come out until July and those are usually the largest of the 3 tax bills, so there is still a lot up in the air.

There is also the reality that furnaces go out in the dead of winter and air conditioners go out in the dead of summer.

It just seems like everything is up in the air.
