I keep getting phone calls from what sounds like call centers, wanting to know if I want to sell my house.

About 90 minutes later I get "what r u doing" on my phone from him. 

I don't know where in Indiana you are, but I am in Indianapolis and grew up in Northern Indiana, would be glad to have a phone conversation if you wish.

I have a feeling that my home address and phone number are public somewhere. 

I responded to all denial emails/phone calls by thanking them for their time and told them that I will be reaching out to them again soon for my next deal.

Google the locals banks and start hammering the phones. 

What do you do to find their phone number to call/text or address to send mailers?

Hello everyone,Long time member, first time poster.It’s a long story and I’m writing this on my phone so I’ll skip some parts.Current residents in one of my units are not actually on a lease (mom is on lease but moving out leaving daughter there etc)I’ve already talked to them letting them know we will need to have a new lease signed with everyone living there to be on it.During our conversation, it was mentioned that one of them will be having a surgery soon and will be in a wheelchair for a while.They requested I add a ramp to the house (this is a double width mobile home).So my question is, do I have to add the ramp?
