@Justin Frank I get the attraction when Jeldwin left the city it really cratered the economy. my bank had to foreclose on a huge project out by running Y .. its the one were there was an amphitheater half built.I tried to market that for them for years.. but it has negative value.. the cost to improve the lots in the development exceed the lot values of what builders are willing to pay.. since retail prices only support a very low number for lots and the influx of CA buyers which is a staple of Southern Oregon just did not materialize in K falls..
