. - I don't know a lot about Condo Conversions however if shared meter, can just wrap that into monthly Condo Fees Hope this helps! 

It’s just a site where wholesalers post their “deals” that they can’t sell to locals.

Likely, the city doesn't have the resources to follow up on every single filing to figure out what ended up happening but I'd def consult w/ an attorney to figure out your next steps and be very careful about the conversations you're having w/ your tenants before doing so.Happy to chat w/ you offline to share my experiences w/ this.
