My real estate lady owns her own property management company, I made the mistake of thinking she knew what the hell she was doing... 

We chatted for an hour and a half before anyone showed up, and the lady that showed up was the neighbor.What's crazy is that due to some clerical error with the newspaper, the open house was listed twice that week-end.

I have a friend who is a 75 year old single lady with a gas furnace but an old oil storage tank in her gravel driveway.

Chicago  SF  were I live LA seattle etc.. it will keep fender benders to a minimum and now the ladies can put on their make up driving to work with out ramming into cars in front of them. and it will solve the dangerous texting habits..

The lady had inherited a house from her recently-deceased mother and wanted to get rid of it very badly and as quickly as possible.

We even had the lady who rents next door to the Victorian duplex we overhauled ask to be notified of a vacancy when she learned they heating bill was almost half of hers.

I just did one for a little old lady tenant that bought a new dryer.

@Christina R.Thanks for the advice Ms Lady, i was able to speak with the seller and here's the update:He decided that he would keep one of the properties and agreed to lower the prices on 2 of the properties.

An investor friend in LA was forced to allow an elder lady to keep "therapy dogs" even with a no pet policy.  

Currently carpet and it's starting to look a little dingy, we'd like to go with Pergo.It probably takes us no more than two hours per month to host, more if we have to clean, but we hired a cleaning lady who does it for $40 and it takes her about 45 minutes to clean.We've looked into buying a condo somewhere to convert to a short term rental, but we're leaning more towards long term at this time.
