@Jim Tiernan - Our money was held as sent for 72 business hours and with the weekend we were not notified immediately.

I strongly recommend heading to Spokane for a weekend or longer and just enjoying what the city has to offer and exploring the various parts of town. 

We then worked the house with my contractor during the labor day weekend to turn it around for lease next week.Here is some before, during, and after pix.
