This past tuesday, I've managed to close on the property (Yes, we were on escrow for 2 months due to some problems rising because of Covid-19).As I'm typing this, I still can't believe that I've managed to achieve the goals I have visualized in my head.

Does anyone have any experience with appealing property taxes in the area?

Thanks for the thoughtful answer but "curb appeal" really doesn't enter into this one!

We added value mostly by adding curb appeal which was needed for our short-term rental business model.

I'd like to think that this would be broadly appealing, but it's proving harder than I thought, and the novelty of it all does seem to make people skeptical.

He said appeals to the town zoning board almost always get denied.

The appeal of physical gold is that it is physical, but as an investment it performs poorly.
