This past tuesday, I've managed to close on the property (Yes, we were on escrow for 2 months due to some problems rising because of Covid-19).As I'm typing this, I still can't believe that I've managed to achieve the goals I have visualized in my head.

@Theresa HarrisThanks Theresa"Rats are huge"So if there is one we should be able to catch a glimpse of it sooner or later inside.If there are mice we should be able to catch at least one of them with a trap but visually nothing odd came to my notice so far.
